Synthesis, Structure and Superoxide Dismutase-Like Activity of A New (Glycyl-β-alanine)(dipyrido[3,2-d:2′,3′-f]quinoxaline) Copper(II) Complex

摘要
A new complex, [Cu(Gly-beta-Ala)(dpq)]center dot 2H(2)O [Gly-beta-Ala = Glycyl-beta-alanine, dpq = dipyrido [3,2-d:2',3'-f]quinoxaline], has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR and UV-Vis spectra. The complex crystallizes in triclinic space group P (1) over bar, with a = 0.70787(3) nm, b = 0.96727(4) nm, c = 0.52436(6) nm, alpha = 97.016(2)degrees,beta = 100.859(2)degrees, gamma = 108.046(2)degrees, V=0.95624(7) nm(3). The SOD-like activity of the complex in water solution has been measured by improved nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT)-illumination method, and the electrochemical property of the complex has been studied by cyclic voltammetry method. The results indicated that the complex possesses an excellent SOD-like activity, and the rate constant (K-Q) of the complex for catalyzing the dismutation of O-2(center dot-) is 1.53 X 10(7) mol(-1).L.s(-1)
