摘要
Links closely the problems existing of economic development in China, takes the scientific development concept and the sustainable development theory as the foundation, puts forward "the economy, the society, the resources, the environment, the technology are in coordinating sustainable development" as one rational evaluation criteria for the industrial structure, according to which establishes the synthetically relative potential evaluation model for the industrial structure concerning the resources, the environment, technical, the economical, the market and the benefit. And uses this model to carry on the empirical analysis for the internal structure of Shaanxi Province's industry, and proposes the adjustment of Shaanxi Province's industrial internal structure, as the reference for concerning departments.
