摘要
Baker's yeast cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) before and after milli-second pulse electroporation procedure were imaged by Atomic Force Microscopy. Morphological changes of outer cell wall were revealed. We clearly observed induced irregularities on walls, which we attributed to holes induced by transformation following electroporation while cells surface prior to electroporation was smooth.
