摘要：
In this study, we show both the factors and impact of stress in professional practices of magistrates, including juvenile judges. The results come from an accompanying protocol of professional practices in which juvenile judges participated. We identified how stress factors may affect their decision making. With these results, we can consolidate the knowledge in literature and we suggest avenues for reflexion to limit the impact of stress on decision making. (C) 2012 Elsevier Masson SAS.
