Near-Field Holographic Microwave Imaging Using Data Collected Over Cylindrical Apertures

摘要
In the previously proposed near-field holographic imaging setups, data has been acquired over rectangular apertures. In this paper, a mathematical approach is presented to reconstruct images based on the data acquired over cylindrical apertures. Performance of the proposed technique is studies via simulation. The reconstructed images from the proposed cylindrical data acquisition setup arc compared with those of a rectangular setup. It shows superior performance for the former one.
