摘要
Recently, graphene oxide has received a lot of attention due to its unique chemical and physical proper-ties. In this work, graphene oxide nanoparticles were produced using a chemical peeling technique. Graphene Oxide (GO) films with two-dimensional structure were successfully prepared via the modified hummer method. X-ray diffraction was chosen to measure the crystal structure of the graphene oxide nano powder. A Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum analyzer was used to confirm the presence of oxygenated functional groups. The thermal stability of graphene oxide nanomaterial was estimated to be 450 degrees C from TGA. This exceptional thermal stability of these graphene oxides is important in the application in the areas related to the solar energy conditions of transparent film composite materials and biomedical applications.Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd.
