摘要
The personality factor of emotional stability/emotional instability was found to be significantly correlated with organizational commitment. It was also found that the personality factor of submissiveness/dominance was not correlated with organizational commitment. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between personality factors and organizational commitment among a group of primary school principals.
