摘要：
Fine needle aspiration biopsy is an important diagnostic tool in the evaluation and triage of patients with lymphadenopathy, It offers a simple and inexpensive test for diagnosis of reactive hyperplasia, infections, granulomatous lymphadenopathies, and metastatic diseases. Although previously regarded as limited in its use for diagnosing primary lymphoid malignancies, fine needle aspiration in combination with immunophenotypic and genotype studies is gaining respect in providing accurate diagnosis of lymphoma for primary treatment in selected patients, Copyright (C) 2001 by W.B.
