摘要
In the field of assessment, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy method are commonly used to determine the weight of the evaluation index. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method might be also used as an efficient method in practice. In this paper, an approach has been developed based on the fact that the measure of the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could be used with the results obtained from the AHP and Entropy method. Experimental studies results show that the proposed model can effectively assess the actual level of innovation capacity in Wuhan emergency equipment enterprises (3E).
