摘要：

21st Century is the cyber age. The rapid development of e-commerce has impacted enterprise management enormously, especially Human Resource Management (HRM). The department of HRM has to face up to many influences and challenges. How to deal with the challenges to HRM caused by the development of network technology has become an urgent issue that all enterprises have to answer. In this paper, the challenges that HRM faces in the cyber age are discussed, and some countermeasures are given.
