摘要
Polymer nano-composite electrolyte films based on Poly ethylene oxide (PEO)/NaI and indium oxide (In2O3) as a filler were prepared by solution casting technique. The XRD results reveal that the increase in filler concentration enhances the amorphous domains of PEO polymer matrix. The crystallite size of the samples is also observed to decrease with increase in filler concentration upto 15% and then increases on further increase of filler concentration. Ac conductivity shows frequency dependent behavior in high frequency region while the conductivity is found to be frequency independent in low frequency region.
