摘要：

This issue analyzed teacher training characteristics of domestic and foreign institutions, and draw out teacher training deficiencies in domestic local colleges and universities through research, proposed implement the path of teacher training and emphasized that we must establish a people-centered concept, and take effective measures to strengthen competition and incentive mechanisms, thereby improve the overall level of teaching staff and overall quality.
