摘要
In the current study, Cu, Mn co-doped NiO particles were synthesized using the sol-gel method and characterized for its structural and magnetic properties. For structural investigations, XRD, FTIR and Raman techniques have been used. XRD pattern reveal the formation of pure phase of NiO nanoparticles having the crystallite size ranging from 10 to 15 nm. Magnetization (M-H) curve of synthesized NiO and Cu, Mn co-doped NiO nanoparticles show ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature (RT). The maximum magnetization (Ms) found to decrease for doped NiO nanoparticles.(C) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
