Treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia through transurethral needle ablation (TUNA™) -: Review of the literature and six years of clinical experience

Following FDA clearance and the establishment of Medicare coverage, transurethral needle ablation ( TUNA) has become an established and widely-adopted treatment method for BPH in the USA. Germany is lagging behind at present, though a change can also be recognized there. The lack of long-term data has often been criticized.
