摘要
Permanent magnet machines are widely used in industrial applications because of the their numerous advantages .One such application is in actuation of SCARA robotic arm used in remote handling application for the inspection of steam generator tubes in Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor. Hardware implementation demands a detailed simulation study of vector control of PMSM machine using different controllers prerequisite to procurement, as the pre-built drive solutions are very expensive. This paper presents a comparative study of the vector control or field oriented control of PMSM machine with PI and Fuzzy Logic Controller using Sinusoidal and Space vector modulation techniques and also suggest an optimal method of hardware implementation for the given application.
