摘要
Lighting technology based on light-emitting-diode (LED) combined with phosphor converters (PCs) powder offers advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, long lifetime, compact structure, and ‘smart’ modulation of spectra shape and intensity. A wide variety of customized products have benefited, such as daily life lighting, agriculture cultivation, near-infrared imaging, and full-visible-spectrum healthy lighting. Considering the focusing and high-power-density properties of laser-diode (LD) light, PCs with high thermal conductivity to dissipate heat, thermally robust luminescence to resist thermal quenching, proper scattering centers to promote light converting and extracting efficiency, and wide spectra range with high intensity for low correlated color temperature (CCT) and high color rendering (CRI) index are urgently needed.
