摘要
The ultrastructural changes of the Antarctic Chlamydomonas sp. ICE-L exposure to selected concentrations of cadmium were examined using ultramicrotomy and electron microtechnique in present paper. It is observed that starch grains and chloroplast were destroyed dramatically. Vacuole increased both in volume and in numbers, and protoplasm shrinked in the experimental groups treated with high CdCl2. Distorted membrane and indistinct cell wall were found at the same time. The experimental groups exposed to CdCl2 for 24 h showed that the mitochondria was hardly affected. Results showed that effect of CdCl2 on ICE-L was depended on treated dose and time.
