摘要
Syringocystadenoma papilliferum (SCAP) is an unusual benign neoplasm that originates from apocrine or eccrine glands. It is a rare ceruminous neoplasm that most commonly involves the scalp and forehead of young adults. We present a case of SCAP in an uncommon location in the external auditory canal. Our report is the first case to provide high quality endoscopic images of the lesion to demonstrate its appearance in the EAC.
