摘要：
The lack of the innovative talents is the most important problem which restricts the development of society. American universities which walked in the front of the world in despite of the idea or the effect of training innovative talents. Therefore, through comparative analysis with the model of the innovative talents training in American universities, we can see clearly the insufficiency in the model of the innovative talents training in Chinese universities, and can get successful experiences which conform to the condition of our country.
