摘要
The volatile components from whole plant of Rungia pectinata were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC and GC-MS. A total of 38 compounds were identified, representing 94.51 % of the oil. The dominant compounds were trans-phytol (35.77 %), hexahydrofarnesyl acetone (18.72 %) and isophytol (3.79 %). Antioxidant and radical-scavenging properties were evaluated by means of 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay.
