摘要:
The MoS2-TiO2 nanocomposites have been synthesized by sol-gel method and annealed at various temperatures. The effect of annealing temperature on the structural and morphological properties of MoS2-TiO2 nanocomposites has been investigated. The crystallinity of these nanocomposites has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The grain size corresponding to TiO2 diffraction peak was found to increase with increasing annealing temperature. Furthermore, d spacing is decreasing linearly with increase in annealing temperature. The morphological study has been carried out by scanning electron microscope. A model of the structure of the material describing XRD pattern of MoS2-TiO2 composites and thermal behavior is discussed in detail.
