摘要
In this paper, we introduce a summary of the terms of inclusive education in primary education. We present the selected results of a case study in which we focused on the conditions and processes of inclusive education in one outstanding school. In this paper we describe the research methodology of the whole research, but in the interpretation of the results due to the limitations of the paper we focus only on selected conditions (organizational) that have a significant impact on the quality of inclusion in the school. In the example of one school we point out in particular the importance of the willingness of teachers to learn and work on their development and on the positives related to the size of the school. The results of the research have resulted in the establishment of requirements for the organization of teaching in an inclusive school.
