摘要
The dynamic processes in the surface layers of metals subjected to the irradiation by the external glow-discharge plasma, which does not destroy the crystalline structure, are considered in details. The procedure of calculation of the density of point defects penetrated from the outside and generated within the bulk of a metal during the relaxation processes is presented. The results of estimations agree closely with experimental data.
