摘要
This article aims to develop a balanced scorecard (BSC) for a postgraduate program, with the purpose of serving as a strategic management tool. To achieve this goal, we start from the information contained in the strategic planning of the program, prepared in 2010 for the period 2011-2017. From such information was structured strategic map that contains four perspectives, eleven goals as well as his eighteen indicators. Based on this map, we prepared a balanced panel of BSC for the program. We conclude that the program is competitive and that the BSC can assist in strategic management goals.
