摘要
CTI is a new technology combines communication technology with Internet. The Telephone Voice System is typical application of CTI. This paper presents the design and realization of a Telephone Voice System, utilizing D081A voice boards of DongJin Company. System structure, module division and realization procedures are demonstrated. The system code is compiled with VC++, and database adopts SQLite. The system realizes recording, playback and other basic functions, and network calls function is extended. Users can operate the system with telephone, which is simple and convenient.
