摘要：

A semiconductor laser is mode-locked by phase modulation at one-half the free spectral range of an intra-cavity etalon. The optical comb-lines are locked to the transmission peaks of the etalon using a Pound-Drever-Hall scheme. (C) 2010 Optical Society of America
