摘要
We investigated numerically the design of all-dielectric chiral metasurface based on elliptic dielectric resonators (EDRs) over the frequency band 10-20 GHz. The effect of the EDR geometry (ellipticity and orientation) on the optical activity (OA) propriety of the chiral metasurface behaviors was studied from simulated transmitted coefficients of right-hand circularly polarized (RCP) and left-hand circularly polarized (LCP) waves, the polarization state eta and azimuth rotation angle theta. The proposed chiral metasurface can work as polarization rotator device operating at microwave frequencies.
