摘要
In this paper the mathematical modeling and Simulink implementation of PV systems is proposed to better understand the characteristics of PV systems whose characteristics are nonlinear. Based on the mathematical modeling, the Simulink implementation is made. The resulting model uses a friendly interface considering the Function Block Parameters to set the parameters of the PV model. The simulation interface helps the user to estimate the power generated by the PV array under different environmental conditions. The interface for the resulting model is easy to use, because the interface allows also the modification of the module parameters, including the ideality factor for polycrystalline (A=1.3) and monocrystalline (A=1.2) photovoltaic cells. The simulation results are shown in part two of the paper. The simulation of PV systems under different atmospheric conditions is performed.
