In the early stage of enterprise merging, the original psychological contract of organizational members is broken and the new one is still built. In this time, the psychological contract of enterprise members expresses below three characteristics: the uncertainty of contract contents, the dynamic of formation process and the imbalance of formation time of individual psychological contract. As the employees in merged enterprise, their reconstruction of psychological contract must go through collision, learning and integration these three stages. As the managers in merged enterprise, they must finish the construction of employee's psychological contract in their own enterprise by the below ways: orientation training, counseling of psychological contract, integration of corporate cultures and so on.
