摘要
To improve lifetime of wireless sensor networks, we must chose the adequate routing protocol for our system. Many are the routing protocol that can be used in structural health monitoring systems 'SHM'. SHM are actually used to detect damage in civil structures, it's an emergent technology owned to secure human life. Routing protocols have a big effect in these networks, then the routing protocol must be studied before setting up our SHM system. In this paper, we focus on hierarchies routing protocols specially CTP (collect tree protocol) and LEACH (Low-Energy Adptative Clustering Hierarchy) which are the most used protocols in SHM systems based on wsn. Indeed, by this work we study the performance of CTP and LEACH protocols, we implement these protocols under contiki system and we use cooja simulator to compare both LEACH and CTP performance.
