摘要
The present article looks to emphasize the relevance of the incomplete ethicalpolitical concept of justice elaborated by Agnes Heller, for example the normative proposal for a global justice, which also emphasizes the need to renounce to the ambitious project of a complete justice, for such idea hasn't only proven to be naive but also dangerous. Instead, it proposes to think about justice as a process in constant construction, consequence of the permanent evaluation that people do about their life conditions. Thus, the perspective of incompleteness invites us to reflect over the meaning of the historical struggles for justice at the same time it traces reasonable limits to our expectations of justice for the present and future.
