The rural public cultural service system is the most scientific and effective platform to carry out the rural cultural work, and is also the basis of sustainable development of rural public utilities. It is the premise of constructing the rural public cultural service system to accurately rub the government's public cultural function and improve the government's administrative mode. The development of rural public cultural service system development target plan, building the infrastructure of rural public cultural service system version is the basis for building the rural public cultural service system.
