Chi-Feng Lee, Huan-Ying Chang, Chin-Ling Wang, and Wen-Shyong Chen (2011) A review of Phyllotreta Chevrolet in Taiwan (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Galerucinae: Alticini). Zoological Studies 50(4): 525-533. Species of the genus Phyllotreta Chevrolet in Japan and Taiwan are reviewed. Phyllotreta striolata (Fabricius) is redescribed based on Taiwanese specimens; P chotanica Duvivier is recorded for the 1st time in Taiwan; and P downesi insularis Heikertinger is raised to species level.
