摘要：
Branchial anomalies are a consequence of abnormal development of the branchial apparatus during embryogenesis. Here, a pediatric case with a right-sided fourth branchial cyst that was discovered on fetal ultrasound scanning (US) is presented. The embryological basis for the occurrence of this cyst and definitive surgical management are discussed. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
