Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of 1-aryl-4-methyl (1,2,4) triazolo (4,3,a) quinoxalines

摘要
1-Aryl-4-methyl-(1,2,4)-triazolo (4,3,a) quinoxalines 6a-m have been synthesized by dehydrogenative cyclization of hydrazones 5a-m using cupric acetate as dehydrogenative cyclization agent. Al the products were screened for their antimicrobial activity.
