摘要：
Novel thiazolo[2,3-b] quinazolines were prepared by the cyclization reaction between octahydroquinazoline-2-thiones with alpha-bromoketones, which provides a readily accessible multifunctionalized quinazoline template for diversity-oriented synthesis.
