摘要：
Chronic viral hepatitis C affects 71 million people across the world, primarily as a result of contact with infected blood. The virus is responsible for an abnormally high mortality rate linked mainly to cirrhosis, which can lead to hepatocellular carcinoma, making it a major public health problem. Nevertheless, it is a disease which can be cured in more than 95% of cases. It could therefore be eradicated within a few years. (C) 2018 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved
