Analyzing the stope stability produced by long vertical level interval mining technology

摘要
The stability of the stope produced by long vertical level interval mining technology was analyzed by means of FEA(Finite Element Analysis). Several factors such as complete filling, half filling ithout filling of the mined-out space and different vertical level interval which are affecting the stope stability were also calculated. The calculating results had shown that different filling degree has different affecting degree to the stope stability, Filling material has positive function to the stope stability. The study also showed that longer vertical level interval can easily lead to higher stress concentrated area, larger plastic area and stress failure area.
