摘要
Amidoalkyl naphthol derivatives were efficiently synthesized by a three components one-pot reaction of 2-naphthol, aldehydes and amines in the presence of copper o-toluenesulfonate without solvent. The effects of different solvent conditions and amount of catalysts on the yields were investigated. The result of catalyst circulation shows that its catalytic activity mostly remained after being reused four times. The structures of products were characterized by melting points, IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, MS techniques and elemental analysis. In addition, the probable mechanism for the reaction was proposed.
