摘要：
Classic ozone therapy consists in paraspinal intramuscular injection of an oxygen-ozone mixture. Accurate diagnosis is essential and should be based on clinical examination and CT or MR scans. Patients must be informed about the treatment and give their written consent. The paper describes the technique in detail.
