摘要：

Modern aspects of innovative management in transport system are based on strategic priorities in branch development and the project management approach. This approach can solve the problem of justification of the system of criteria for selecting technical and technological innovations and assessing their competitiveness. The result of this approach is determination of the balance level of the aggregate economic and technological potential of transport complex with the quantitative and qualitative requirements (needs) of users.
