摘要
Information technology, especially the application and development of network technology has brought about a great impact on the traditional model of public administration and a deep influence on changes in government decision model. This paper focuses on actual demand of information technology in improving quality of government decision and how the application of information technology impacts on information of government decision, decision procedures and decision implementation. This is based on the characteristics of government decision that has to be made and the dimensions of decision quality that is the evaluation of quality of government decision in information society. It is clear that information technology can improve the quality of government decision information, ameliorate the bounded rationality in decision-making, strengthen the transparency of government decision procedure and public involvement, and consolidate the improvement and supervision of government decision implementation. Through the study of information technology, we can provide the most convincing technical support for the improvement of the quality of government decision.
