Wang et al. report that ulcereative colitis-primary sclerosing cholangitis (UC-PSC) patients less commonly receive corticosteroids and anti-TNF alpha therapy, despite having more pancolonic involvement compared with UC. Whether UC-PSC is an undertreated condition will be discussed in this editorial.
