摘要
Globalization and internationalization of markets force at companies to seek new opportunities for survival and adaptation, reasons why in this article is highlighted the role of ICT as essential tools for the emerging system of skills, particularly, in the market Business to Business (B2B). At the present stage of development of new values in sustainability, ICT are highlighted as an essential factor for co-creation and innovation through the growing servicification of industry by presenting itself as a new support tool for strategic management and business competitiveness.
