摘要
The effect of phosphorous fertilizer on total and soluble oxalic acids, sugar, calcium and phosphorus contents of sugar beet was examined in a greenhouse experiment. Increasing applications of phosphorus increased leaf dry matter, root yield and the total sugar, soluble oxalic acid; but decreased total oxalic acid and calcium contents.
