摘要
Self-employment is a new form of the economy that has emerged recently and it has been favored by the touristic increase in Vinales, where more than 360 thousands of visitants go, national people as well as foreigners, that come here, looking for the natural attraction of this place, a healthy stay, or the enjoinment of our best traditions. Self-employments in Vinales present some problems while acting, because they don t know about the local history, traditions, Cuban gastronomy, touristic places and language. The objective of the present paper is to get an approach to the theoretical referents of the Popular Education for the process of training the self-employments in Vinales city for the local touristic development.
