摘要：
Some new 2-substituted-amino-3-(N-o-tolytcarboxamido)-4,5-dimethylthiophenes were synthesized by reacting 3-N-o-tolylcarboxamido-2-(omega-chloro acetamido)-4,5-dimethyl thiophene (IIIa) with different primary and secondary amines. These compounds were characterized by their elemental analysis and spectral data. Some of them were found to have significant analgesic and antiinflammatory activities.
