摘要：

Objective To review: i) how lack of exercise affects the placenta; ii) mechanisms or disorders which could help to identify women at risk of preeclampsia. Methods: Hypofibrinolysis compromising endometrial and placental angiogenesis results in embryonic losses and preeclampsia. Physical activities promote fibrinolysis. Conclusions: We suggest that women intending to get pregnant be stimulated to walk before and during pregnancy. Pharmaceutical studies targeting fibrinolysis may help to clarify whether it is possible to halt progression of disease in mothers who become hypertensive and develop proteinuria.
