摘要
The quantitative study of intellectual capital is a veritable premise for improving the efficiency of educational management in universities. Taking into account the increase in competitiveness, it can also be simultaneously considered a reporting instrument, involved in attracting performant professors, as well as students that wish to create their own intellectual capital, hence ensuring a high degree of compatibility and transparency. The current paper is meant to bring to the forefront the importance of intellectual capital in developing inter-university competitiveness in Romania. It is worth mentioning that the approach on intellectual capital from a component perspective, implies viewing them through existing models in specialty literature. Another important aspect considered in this paper is explaining the way in which intellectual capital correlates with developing inter-university competitiveness. Through quantitative analysis we will model, using neural networks, the impact of the infinitesimal growth of intellectual capital on inter-university competitiveness, materialized through results obtained and estimated in the educational process. The conclusions constitute a starting point for future research on this subject.
