摘要
The silver nanoparticles dispersed PbTiO3 thin film is synthesized by sol gel method. The influence of heat treatment conditions on the formation of silver was investigated in details. Results show that the size of silver particles is about 600 nm and 100 nm respectively in the rapid and slow heating process. With increasing heat treatment temperature, the number of silver particles increases and the size decreases during heat treated in air atmosphere. While the number and size both decease when thin films heat treated in H-2 atmosphere. And the decrease speed of size of silver particles is much faster for thin films heat treated in H-2 atmosphere than that for thin films heat treated in air atmosphere. The size of silver particles is about 12 nm and 5 nm for thin films heat treated in H-2 atmosphere at temperature of 550 degrees C and 600 degrees C respectively. The permittivity of thin film with silver nanoparticles is much higher than that without silver nanoparticles based on the percolation effect occurring in the silver nano particle dispersed Ag-PbTiO3 thin film.
